How do I verify that my Whirlpool Dishwasher motor is working correctly?

I’m troubleshooting this dishwasher made by Whirlpool. The dishes in the top rack are covered with debris after cleaning. Some debris remains on lower rack. All holes in rotating arms are clear. Screens are clean. Chopper is okay. Both check valves are ok. Drain pump is ok.
Capacitor may be bad - with leads disconnected, it shows no continuity with ohm meter. I want to also test the wash motor: motor model number DMR 170I1. Motor winding spec is 3-7 ohm and aux winding is 6-10 ohm. Resistance across the blue-white to blue-red wires reads 5.5 ohms with the capacitor disconnected and the wiring harness removed. The third wire connected to the motor is green and connected to the metal frame for grounding. Both BU-R and BU-W pins show no continuity when connected to the metal frame. I ran diagnostics and all cycle times, LED indications and sensor checks were normal. I did not check loads during the diagnostic cycle. Does this mean my aux windings are open? What should I be reading across the BU-R and BU-W pins? Motor spins free. Impeller is undamaged.
