The oven temperature is real low. Both elements appear to be working.
Could be your oven sensor.

Also depends what you mean by "real low".
You can usually adjust the temperature plus or minus 35 degrees. See your operators manual.

NO ITS QUITE SIMPLE DISCONNECT FROM MAINS LOCATE THERMOSTAT (BEHIND KNOB AND ALSO SENSOR (INSIDE OVEN A LONG COPPER TUBE WITH WIRE GOING TO STAT) MAKE NOTES OF WIRE LOCATION (USUALLY TWO) THEN REPLACE IF IT IS A GAS OVEN THEN WONT BE ANY WIRES.
