We have had our Jenn-Air electric range for several years, and encountered our first problem today. The cooktop and oven will not heat. The downdraft is working fine, and when I turned on the broiler the cooling fan came on. The display is working, and there have been no error codes. When turning on the cooktop, there is a clicking sound (which always happens), but it does not heat. There was a thunderstorm last night with severe lightening.
Any ideas?
