Having issue with kenmore 41782042101 electric dryer. Cleaned out vent all the way to the roof. Cleaned out lint in all reachable spots under lint catcher and around dryer. The top of the dryer is getting scalding hot and clothes have burnt smell. Heating element does not appear to have any breaks in it and seems to be complete. Heating element comes on and off in cycles. Dryer drum is turning. Inside of dryer is warm but not hot at high heat. Dryer exhaust is 130-140 degrees even on high heat.
