kenmore dryer-no heat

:confused: Hoping someone can help. My electric dryer recently stopped drying, it runs but doesn’t heat. I just changed the heating element, thermostat and cut off fuse at the same time and heating element came on. I thought it was fixed but stopped heating within 30 minutes?? Any idea on what else it could be, wiring seems in tact. Could it be the dryer thermostat??

First Make Sure There Is 240 Volts Going To Dryer.

Replaced transmission, clutch, timer, coupler, it doesnt shift into spin first time, when it does it goes slow. wont agitate in gentile. I suspect the motor is not working properly, or the starter?
