Kenmore Elite HE 3+ Won't Spin

I have a model #11044936200 which won’t spin (no error codes). The interlocks are good, belt is good, drum spins freely, motor checks okay with correct continuity on pins 1&2, 2&3, 1&3, all connections are tight. Checked current leaving the MCU and here are the voltages: Pin1=29v, Pin2=26.8v, Pin3=27.5v, Pin4=131v, Pin5=131v. I actually don’t know which end is pin1 so keep that in mind as you read this. I can’t find a repair manual which gives these voltages so I don’t know if the MCU is bad or to look for something else.
Thanks
Bob

There should be tech notes with specs under the top. It will also show you how to generate some error codes.

If you need a manual, use this link

to find the manual for the Whirlpool Duet (regular, not Sport)

All the diags ran through without throwing any error codes, but again, it still would not spin. Doesn’t anyone have the test procedure for the MCU? Current output per pin to physically check before just replacing, there must be some test procedure for the board, they obviously test @ the factory prior to sending out. I have to apologize, but I am very analytical and want to replace the correct part the first time.
Thanks,
Bob:confused:

I did some more testing and was pointed towards a manual which gave the ohms of the pins on the MCU. On the pins which should have had 6 ohms, I got only 1.8 ohms, which points towards the MCU. I am going to look further for more testing info before spending the $. I want to thank everyone for their effort in helping me try to resolve this issue.
Thanks,
Bob

If you order from this site and the part does not fix the problem you can return it, see the returns policy for the conditions and details.
