I have been meaning to post my question on this board, but I’ve never had a chance to until now. I have a Kenmore Elite Oasis Top Loading Washer that won’t turn on no matter what I do.
I have tried to read through other threads to see that you’d have better luck getting your clothes clean with rocks and a river than a Kenmore Oasis. Because Sears won’t come to check it out without putting $135 in the pocket, I was wondering if there was something I could do before having to hand over my hard earned money.
I tried (or at least I think I tried) getting into the diagnostic mode for the washer, but was unsuccessful. I can’t be sure if it is a control board issue, a user interface issue, or something else entirely. All I can be sure of is that there is indeed power coming from the outlet. Not sure if anyone can help me, but any advice or tips you could provide would definitely be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
