Hello, I have Kenmore front load washer from 2000. It’s a simple, square model. The door stayed locked after the washing so I opened it, replaced the door lock assembly (part#1317632). To test it, I started the washer. It took the water in and I changed the program just before the final spin to pump the water out. The machine stopped working. The "door locked" light is on, water is in and I can open the door at any time. No matter how I spin the program wheel, nothing changes. I placed the old lock assembly back, the same thing. I don’t know what to do next. Cannot pump the water out or start any spinning. The power is on (door lock light) but nothing else works. Can someone please let me know what should I do next. Thanks!
