My fridge is freezing food, top shelf, bottom drawers, and door. I replaced the damper in the top and the thermostat that goes with it. Still freezing. Any suggestions?
Post the stabilized freezer temperature.
I placed a thermometer in the freezer for 2 hours. The freezer temp is 2.2 degrees.
Seems normal to me. Only other thing is the air flow into the fridg section may be lower than normal. Check all air passages for an ice jam.
I am not finding any obstructions. I have noticed that the damper on top between the freezer and fridge always seems to be blowing? Since I replaced both the damper and thermostat is there anything else that controls the damper?
You most probably have a bad control board behind the control panel. Remove the control panel overlay and the 4 screws, then you will see the board. Order one here.
