Tonka,

Is the freezer temperature OK ?

Or, are both compartments too cold ?

Are both controls set in the middle of the dials ?

Is it freezing in the whole fresh food compartment, or just the top shelves ?

You may have a damaged control knob, or pivot arm/damper assembly, is there any resistance on the contol knobs (either one),when you attempt to change the settings ?

We’ll be looking for your response(s) and can get you going from there.

Tonka,

Sounds like there is an air flow, air redirection problem.

Check and remove anything large or bulky on the top shelf, especially in the center, around the air damper area.

Also check and make sure there are no articles hanging over the sides and back of the shelves(there should be a 1 inch gap between the walls and the the articles on the rack, for proper air movement).

Your control knobs are set at the reccomended settings, so don’t change them.

Give it 24 to 48 hours to re equalize, and let us know what happens.

Only way to give advice is to measure the freezer temperature and post.
