Kssc42qms01 side-by-side. About a month ago refridgerator side was too warm. Removed top grill and cleaned coils. All was fine until today. High temp warning (beep) and both compartments now reading 50-60 degrees. I have searched the net for diagnostics and found instructions that would have me first press the filter reset button and then the Power button holding both for 3 seconds or until a beep sounds. A beep occurs as soon as the Power button is pressed, even while first holding down the filter reset button. The unit just powers down. Can someone please help with the diagnostics mode specific to the Kitchenaid KSSC42QMS01 model? Any help deeply appreciated!
