This model is a side by side, It is not cooling down and when you adjust the temperature controls there is a motor in the back of the cooling section that is attemting to run and making a noise that sounds like its hitting something. I have un plugged it and left it off for 12-14 hours, restarted it and it immediately started making the Same noise.
This forum is an incredible resource. AS a result of this service, I have purchased parts for and repaired several appliances in my house and I deeply appreciate not having to wait for a repair service, any help in this situation would be deeply appreciated.
