LEDs on display dim, hard to read

The LEDs on the oven display that indicated the temperature are very hard to read.

To fix this, do I need to replace the control panel assembly

or is it the microcomputer?

It will be the microcomputer AP3135399 as it has the displays on it.

Usually this is a capacitor on the board starting to leak current/voltage.
