We have disassembled the front panel in the past easily but are having trouble this time. We took the top off and disconnected the wires. We removed the 4 screws holding the front panel on top, the screw in the dispenser, and the 2 screws at the bottom of the drawer. Our recollection is that the front should then tilt forward and lift up. However it still seems to be rigidly held to the dryer. Are we missing a screw? Any help? The stainless steel dryer are a bit different than the standard video.
