My drum won’t turn if cloths are in it. Will spin if empty and manually I can turn it with no problems or noises. I have no error codes either. Although my last load washed was blankets n it was unbalanced i evened out the load n the cycle finished properly. But now it won’t turn if anything is in it. U can hear the motor turning like it’s trying to work but won’t. Also even when empty it won’t reach full spin speed. I took back cover off and bolt is tight. Hope someone can help me. Thanks jenn
While you have the back cover off try a load and see if the belt is slipping. If the spindle of the motor spins and the belt doesn’t move perhaps the belt needs replaced!
