My Maytag washing machine is progressively getting worse - there is a clicking noise during the wash and rinse cycle (during any agitation). This clicking is not present during the water spinning out of the tub. This clicking seems to be worse if the load is large or heavy. This evening it seemed more constant than it has since it started. What could be wrong with it, and could I fix it myself?
