Our Neptune starts its cycle and stops after 30 secs or so. If I press start, the machine starts again but stops again after the same amount of time. This happens anywhere in the cycle. If it’s at the start of the cycle, the machine doesn’t get far enough for the door lock light to come on. If I move the dial and start it later in the cycle, the light will come on. We had the motor control board replaced under warranty since owning the machine (purchased in '01 new). The issue occurs whether the machine is loaded or empty. The problem started yesterday…thinking maybe it had overheated, we tried again today to no avail. I’m wondering if the motor control board is bad again?
