Washer was violently vibrating, changed suspension rods and it is worse. Now it’s vibrating even more plus the clothes are still soaking wet.
Please help!
Poprox0013, if the washer is level, the next step would be checking the counterbalance ring to identify if it may be the cause of failure. This can be done by rotating the spin basket quickly by hand. Once it is spinning as quickly as possible, the basket would need to be suddenly stopped. There should be liquid that can audibly be heard moving around. If it checks good, the next step would be checking the belt W11239857 for any dry spots that may cause slipping.
