My washer has stopped spinning but it agitates and drains. The belts are fine (even replaced). The motor turns the motor pulley but won’t turn the transmission. It does turn the pump though. Any suggestions?

Check for articles stuck between the tub cover and between the tubs, first.
You may have a seized tub bearing assembly,

If you can rotate the transmission,or tub, by hand, and then check for a spin cycle,and it works, you can be pretty sure you’ll need the bearing and seal kits.
Not as bad as it sounds or may look.
