Ok, so I know that I need to replace the snubber on my washer since it is literally shaking the screws/nails out of the sheetrock in the celing, but I also beleive that need the brakes replaced since it squeals horrible when it stops between cycles.
Here is the thing tho’ I cannot seem to find out what part # or where to get them from, much less how to replace them. The only manual that I can come up with is an owners manual.
Thanks for any help in advance ya’ll.

Tenor,
You also want to check and make sure the base assembly is not ceacked, especially in the area around the motor mount.
This is the part number for the "snubber"
[part]AP4024496[/part]
and you will need to purchase some "corn startch" from the local grocery store, the corn startch is used as a "lubricant" on the base and snubber assembly. And you’ll need to purchase a couple off screws from a hardware store.
As for the squealing noise, You may want to clean and sand (re face) the brake rotor and stator plate, or replace them as you see fit.

We no longer have access to a" PDF service manual" file, that we can attach or send to you, to give you a better idea, but it is involved and will require you to basically empty everything from the cabinet interior and base. It’ll make for a good, Saturday Morning Project.
You may want to purchase a service manual from the manufacturer, or an internet service manual site.

ok, so if I understand you correctly you are saying that the "brake pads" most likely not need replacement by the information that I have provided? if so I will get the parts ordered asap.
Thanks in advance.

Tenor,
Cleanning (re facing) the rotor pad and stator, is a long term "temporary" repair. Sometimes it last years, sometimes only weeks or days, that’s why I gave you the option.
Were you able to get access to a service manual ? It’ll come in handy, as a last resort, I could fax the pages you’ll need to refer to, if you can supply us with a fax number.
Good Luck,
