Lights on touch control pad won’t come on and dishwasher won’t start. At first it was only the sanitize light that would not come on - now none of the lights on the control panel won’t come on.

I am assuming the unit is totally dead.
First check that the unit is getting power and that the wire nut connections hooking it up to the house wiring are OK.
Next check that the power is actually getting up to the control board, you may have an open/broken wire from the hook-up to the board/switches.
Next would be to check that both door switches are closing.
Check this both mechanically and electrically. Just because a switch’s activator closes does not mean the contacts in the switch are closing.
I have the same issue, How would I go about checking that both door switches are closing??
Check them with a meter to make sure they are closing.
To see if they are mechanically closing just do that visually.
You could short the wires to them together, taping them up to be sure they do not short to something else and give it a try.
Be sure to tape/hold something over the units opening, unless you want a bath.
Also have someone else at the ready to shut off power to the unit if it does start up.
