We just bought a used Estate washer…it was not used very much and is in good working order except that on the "rinse" cycle it only fills to a small load.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Probably normal, what is the model number. Most new washers use low water levels due to government regulations.

Thanks for your reply! I have heard that, but thought surely no one expects a full load of clothes to rinse on about 5 gallons of water!
It is full of soap…who would want soapy, dirty water to save on water?
Is there any way to adjust this? 
My child has allergies and it is important for me to have all of the soap rinsed out of his clothes.
Again, I need the model number of the washer to be of any help.
