my washer wont drain, ive checked the pump and its working fine, the hoses are not clogged. water goes into the pump but doesent come out the drain hose.
Remove the front panel and check both belts, especially the drain pump belt. Very likely it is worn out. The instructions attached to the reply will show how to check the pump belt and how to adjust the new belt.
