The seal went out in my Whirlpool Duet and after changing the seal I’ve had nothing but problems with my washing machine. I was extremely careful changing the seal and I’m 100% positive that nothing was broke or put back together wrong. Still every time I try to run a load it kicks out after a little bit (random times, random cycles) and gives me F6 E1? I ran the diagnostics and that’s the only code in the system. I reset the washer and left it unplugged for at least an hour before trying again but still keep get that error code. I went through EVERY connection to make sure the were completely plugged in and made sure EVERY wire was connected and had no nicks or bad connections. Everything seems good to me (not an expert) but I’m still getting this code? I’m at a lose and wanted to know what I should check or do before spending the money on parts without even knowing what the problem is???
