I would start by leveling the washer and locking the legs (if possible). If that doesn’t help, may I ask what kind of floor is it setting on? When it spins and if you stand next to it, can you feel the vibration in the floor? If you can, the floor is too weak and is allowing the washer to vibrate.
If you can’t then you may have a problem inside the washer. Basically the Neptune has two large springs and two shock like devices that help dampen movement. I would need a model no. to tell you much more.
In my experience its almost always the floor.
