This unit is old. over 40 years. Double oven. Bottom oven is working. Top oven, control lights up, but elements don’t heat. Instructions say that the top oven should have both broiler (top) and oven (bottom) elements working during preheat. Neither are heating. I have tried setting to "broil", (to eliminate thermostat as problem?) but top element doesn’t heat during broil either.
pull out elements and test for continuity? look at something else first?
