I have a Maytag Gemini double electric oven. The top oven will not bake. When it’s preheating, the broil element comes on. When it reaches the proper temp, it turns off. The bake element never turns on. The bottom oven works fine. I tested the element for continuity and it is fine. I tested the two wires coming into the element. Only one is carrying 110v. The other has nothing. I tested it at the control board–nothing. Is the control board bad or something else going on here? No error codes on the display. Everything is functioning properly except the upper oven bake.
