Surface burners work fine. Bake igniter does nothing, broil igniter glows
but does not light broil burner. What could be my problem?

Most likely both ignitors are bad. Check the bake one for the continuity.
Check the broil for the current draw. If it’s less then 2.5amp - replace it.
Both ignitors are the same WB2X9154
