Oven Key Pad

I have the MMW5530DAW oven.
When day light changed a couple of weeks ago I notice that if I pressed the clock to reset it did not do anything. Then I notice that the numbers to set temperature some did not work. I notice that i can set the oven to Bake and set the temperature at 350 and it works great. I f i try to set the temperature to 325 i can set the 3 and the 5 but not the 2. I know that at least the clock, 1, 2, 7 I am in my office so do not know which others do not work.

I would like to know if:

See the attachment for the tech sheet

Your problem could be either the control panel (Item 1 in Section 2) or the control board (Item 2 in Section 2). The usual way to troubleshoot is to check the keys with a meter if they check out OK then replace the control board first.
Still a bit of a crap shoot but your odds are better.

First find out what keys do not work as you can see the keys use certain tracks as common.
I would also try the following before ordering anything

Connector Cleaning / Checking
Unplug the unit
Open it up
Remove the ribbon cable from the keypad to the control board at the control board.
Clean the edge connector.
If it is the type where there is not a connector just the insulation is removed, it can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser as it is too abrasive.
Check the tracks in the ribbon cable for hairline cracks. A magnifying glass helps here.
Would not hurt to clean the connector on the board. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush. Be gentle and do not reconnect till all the solvent evaporates.
Reconnect everything and give it a try.

Also here is a manual which may come in handy.

Be sure to unplug the unit before working on it!!!

Well I removed the control panel cleaned the ribbon and connector, now I get less numbers on key pad to work??

I would say that you are on the right track as the symptoms have changed.

Disconnect the connection again and re-seat it.
Also check that it is positioned properly and pushed all the way down.

If this does nothing then you will need a meter to check the control panel (keypad).
