Have replaced the front large inner bearing, cannot get it to seat all the way. I believe there was a gap (1/16" space) even from the factory. Is this gap a problem? Also, what seals do I need in front of this bearing? Could you please provide specific diagrams.
Maytag has stopped making its service manual on this model available, but there are other sites on the Internet that will let you download it.
Do a search and you should be able to find a site that has the manual.
