replaced control board,still not cooling

hi, our ge side by side refrigerator (model number gsh25jsxbss) stopped cooling and dispensing water and the ice making was off and on, called a repair man to look at it, he said it needed a new board, so i did some checking and figured out i needed the model number wr55x10942 was the one for the refrigerator, ordered it from you and got it quick, however after putting it on we still have the same problem not cooling, although the water now works, and we cleaned around the compressor which still runs… any ideas? thanks
