Replaced ignitor worked once then nothing

Had problem with Gas oven not lighting. Broiler Works OK
Replaced Ignitor with p#WB2X9154. Worked one time then nothing. No glow. Rechecked both connections they are ok. Could it be a bad ignitor or something else. Did not drop or shake ignitor when installing. Thanks

It’s possible that it has a hairline crack causing it to work occationally and not other times.
