Help! We just bought and installed a DV42H5000EW (Samsung dryer) it’s electric. We took it for a test run and there’s not heat at all … any ideas. It’s brand new never used.
Check the powerat the wall receptacle.
If OK, then check the power at the terminal strip in the unit.
You will need a meter to do this.
If everything else works except the heat then iot is the L1 to L2 volt6age that is important. It should be 240 volts.
Be very, very careful as 240 volts is lethal!!!
