I have power to my refrigerator as the lights are one for both sides. However, niether the freezer nor the refrigerator are cooling. I removed the main electrical board and did see a small burn spot behind one of the larger components. I found the replacement board, but this board does not look exactly like the board that is currently on my refringerator. I was able to disconnect the "five white" wire connections from the old board, but can not seem to disconnect the last "blue" wire connection which is labeled "COMP-J8,DEFR-J9 & LINE-J11". The new mainboard (WR55X10552 part#) does not have a blue wire connection like this. In the same area, there is a green ground wire. Do I just cut the wires from the blue component to get the old electrical board off? What do I do with the exposed wires from this sense they do not seem to connect to the new board? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your help.
