Please help! Not sure if it is the clutch or pump. It spins but not fast enough to wring the water out of the clothes. I was having to spin them at least 3 times before I could put them in the dryer. We took the washer apart thinking maybe it was the coupler, (looks good) and when we took the hoses off the pump, 2 metal wires were coming out of the pump. Iām guessing that needs replaced for sure, but will that do the trick or do we need to get a clutch also. Thanks for the help!!
