my neptune makes a thumping noise most of the time but not always. tried leveling changes but not better. No front rollers and back seem fine. Stuck, thanks. antelope
I would change out the back rollers, they can be bad and the damage is not visible.
If you need additional info, tell us what happened after you changed out the rollers and post a model number.
