Hi all, I searched for my dryer Model but have not found any similar issues. Mrs. Rugby15 said dryer won’t run. I found that when started, the drum doesnt turn but motor sounds like it tries to start. I opened the door and tried to turn the drum. It is very hard to turn manually. I don’t know what normal would be but I would think it would turn freely. I removed the top panel and the drum seems to have some play in it but not to much. There was a lot of lint inside when I opened the top. Bad seal? Mrs. R15 did notice a different kind of sqeeky noise prior to the problem. Although she recreated the noise, I could not begin to spell it here. I think I need a bearing but would other parts going bad cuase this problem? What else should I check for? Thanks for your help.
