I just replaced my Oven Control Board, because I was advised to do so. My upper oven element was staying on, even when the oven was set to off. I replaced the OCB, but now I can’t seem to get the top oven element to glow. I see the lower oven element glowing when the oven is in use and glowing brighter when in Clean mode, but I’ve yet to see the upper oven element glow at all.
Could I have gotten a defective Oven Control Board? Obviously, the upper element was working prior to the replacement, as that was the reason to replace the OCB.
