We have a Maytag Neptune model mlg2000aww. Upon completion of wash cycle the clothes remain very wet. The wax motor appears to be functioning because the door lock light comes on and the door is locked during the spin cycle. I have also looked at the control panel and it does not look like anything is burned out, although I did not remove the control panel. I thought it might be worn struts. Any suggestions appreciated.
