Washer fills up and then stops, doesn’t not continue cycle. sometimes can manually advance the dial to rinse and will pump out, fill back up and stop, will not advance any further.

Sounds like a timer issue. There are several listed for your model, with widely different prices so I would call APP and see what they say.
