After the wash cycle and it goes into the spin cycle to pump the water out, it does not go into a hard spin. It just spins slow and so the contents are still WET and water is still in the unit. Does this unit have a belt drive that could be bad or slipping?
NO on the belt, Its direct drive!!! Check the PUMP, You get at it from the rear panel, Sounds to Me like it is not pumping out correctly.
