Washer not filling with water. Replaced fill valve, no change. 
The washer runs through all cycles if filled manually with water.
What else should I look at?

Hi.
Open the control panel and check the lid switch assembly fuse.
If it’s blown - replace the lid switch assembly

Simon, the fuse was it! Thank You!!! A good lesson to remember the first thing to check for an electrical problem is any fuse.
