The washer is not spinning clothes Here is how I tested: I put the washer setting on Rinse & Spin. It starts at 18 min. The drum rotates in one direction then the other to balance the load. Then it starts loading water into the drum till 17 min on screen. It pauses then starts loading water again, timer counts down to 10 then the water is pumped out of drum. The drum never spun in this time. The water pumps out till the timer goes to 7 min. Then the start button light starts flashing. I push the start light, then the water starts loading into drum again. I let this happen till it counted down to 4 min. I shut off the power button which automatically pumped water out of drum. I powered off and unit did the same thing again when I tryed rinse & spin. I have checked if the water gets hot as I checked load at 20 minutes of a regular wash load and clothes were hot. I also took hose off pressure switch and blew into hose and I heard water bubles at pump. We have also verified the pump trap is clear. Any Ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Further testing: I put the washer in its test mode and when I run the T07 test thermistor/heater test. the tub fills with water, then the heater is suppose to turn on and the temp should rise. This is not happening. temp does not rise. i have continuity thru the heating element. When I put my meter leads on the 2 contacts at the heater there is no voltage there. The service guide that came with the machine says the main level pressure switch must work. How do I test to see if it is working properly?
