My Estate washer will fill up with water but it will not agitate or spin. It will pump the water out but it will not spin the drum or agitator neither one will move. What might be the problem?
Sounds like a faulty motor coupler. One end of the motor shaft drives the transmission for agitation and spin via the motor coupler, the other end of the shaft drives the drain pump.
