Water dispenser noise and low pressure

(http://www.appliancepartspros.com/answers-for-whirlpool-water-tank-head-12956202-ap4014201-question-60118.html"]My refrigerator is one of those that began making noise when dispensing water[/URL] and when the ice maker is refilling. I changed the filter with no effect. Next I checked the supply line and there was some but very little pressure. I upgraded the line from 1/8" tap to cold water line to 1/4 braided steel to a valve on the cold water line. This time water came out of the line as a solid stream. Connected the new line and appears to have taken care of the noise when the ice maker kicks in. However, the noise is now louder when using the water dispenser with no change in water pressure except during the first 1 to 2 seconds (no noise) and then it turns to a trickle with noise. The noise/vibration comes from the filter assembly/back wall area. I read some of the entries on this subject and removed the water tank and flipped it a couple of times and saw air bubbles going up and down from each of the 5 tubes and at the same speed so there was no ice. Still I immersed the tank in hotwater for 10 minutes with same results. Only items I think I have left to test are the dual water valve and the head assembly attached to the water tank. Given the above, do you have any suggestions? No suggestions received opted to replace the dual water. No change. Are there any moving parts in the filter connector that could be the reason for the noise?
