Water dispenser not working/no ie , neither side cooling good

been having some problems with it the last few days but had some power outages with bad storms , not the light in the dispener is staying on all the time , no water is coming out when you try to get some , seems to be really warm inside now , frezer seems to be defrosting or not cooling . anyone have any ideas , i’m at a lost now , and not making to much money can try to do most simple repairs myself , but need to know if i need to call in a repair man email is jason m hauser @ gmail . com just put that all togher and thank you for your time on this problem of mine
