No water from dispenser. Quit in middle of drawing. Ice maker working, pump working when pressing lever.
If there is proper voltage (≈120 VAC) to the water inlet valve water dispenser solenoid while the water dispenser lever depressed but there is no water dispensing, replace the water inlet valve.

I’m having the same problem. I’m not sure how to test if I’m getting the proper voltage but I do hear a whirring sound when I press the dispenser. I disconnected the water at the bottom of the door and when I press the dispenser nothing comes out. My ice maker works fine so I’m guessing this has to be a dual valve problem?
Also I’m not sure that I have the same model. I got a scratch and dent model and they tore half the sticker off. Is there another way to determine the model? It’s a side by side Refrigerator, with the freezer on the left hand side, cabinet depth if that matters.

In order to provide most accurate advice we need the complete model number of the refrigerator. Model and Serial Numbers are found on the Serial Plate located on the ceiling of the refrigerator compartment, just behind the compartment light, or on the right side at the top.
You also have to have a simple multimeter to perform some tests.
