My GE Profile Arctica Refrigerator is not dispensing ice or water. We changed the filter and got about two gallons out if we pressed the lever several times. Now there are no lights on the front panel and nothing is working on it. The refrigerator and freezer sections seem fine. We pulled the unit out and there isn’t much dust behind it, no buildup on the vent on the back. Any suggestions, the mother board was replaced 2 years ago.
Does it make any noise when you try to get an ice? Does the ice gate in the door open?

Open the ice & water dispenser, using the instructions from one of our previous posts: http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/refrigerator-freezer-repair/9931-ice-trap-door.html and check the switch (72 on the diagram).
If there is nothing wrong then the problem most likely is a bad main control board on the back of the refrigerator.
