I have a problem with my Kenmore refrigerator model 10673284301 that I’m a bit stumped as nothing exactly matching has come back in all of my searches.
I noticed that our crisper drawers were hard to pull open and push close. When I pulled out one of the drawers, I noticed that the bottom of the refrigerator liner was humped up. When I push down on it, I can hear water moving around underneath it.
I have no idea how the water got into that area, but I cannot figure out how to get it out either as there doesn’t appear to be a way to access it inside or out. The defrost drain line appears to be working as far as I can tell as there was the usual bit of water in the tray and I don’t have ice formed inside the freezer.
Is there a way to access and drain water that gets into this area of the refrigerator? What potential causes are there for water to even get into it?
Thanks.
