With the top panel off I can see water leaking from the bottom of the soap dispenser where it meets the inlet area. The soap dispenser is white and the inlet is translucent. I can see a black seal or grommet that looks to be displaced but I don’t think this area would be subject to any vibration. Should I remove the soap dispenser to get to this seal? The water leaks out of this area and down around the drum and onto the floor. Thank you for your time to respond.
Yes, it sounds like the leak is where the tub leaves the dispenser, but you will have to determine if the problem is with the tube or the dispenser.
